COB Lenses for light diffuser

Using the COB Led with relative holder, the angle distribution is around +/- 80 degrees. The customer needs to drive the light to create diffuser light for special applications.

IODA has developed a new led lens which can increase the light angle emitted from a COB (usually +/- 70°) reaching a value higher than +/- 100°.

After many tests in the field, we have identified the C6 model as the best solution to diffuse the light from a COB source.

There are two different models of C6 diffuser Led lenses: model A (C6-A) and model B (C6-B).
C6-B model reflects light more downward than C6-A model.

There is a new model, called C7, Compared to the model C6 diffuser lens this new model is also suitable for COB high power and with emission diameters up to 20mm.

The monomer REVO-01 could be additioned with special phosphorescent pigments.
This allows the color of the emitted light to change and the diffusion light effect to increase.

Currently there are three different models:
R05 The light is changed toward the Red.
YG05 The light is changed toward the Yellow Green.
R05 The light is changed toward the Blue Sky.
