IODA makes a wide range of plano-convex cylindrical lenses.
The cylindrical lenses have magnification in only one axis, therefore these lenses can change the height of an image without changing the width of the image.

These lenses are also used in the lighting applications, to collimate the LED light and to create lines of light.

When the distance between the LED and the flat base of the lens is equal to the focal lenght, the light that passes through the cylindrical lens expands in a single axis.

The material can be mineral (borosilicate glass) or REVO-01,polyurethane material Link REVO-01

Radius of convex and base dimensions can be created on customer’s request.
