C.O.B. Led Lens IP68 – IODA s.r.l. – Design, development and production of optical systems, production of custom lenses for the lighting market

The peculiarity of this lens lies in the edge, since a groove has been created to accommodate an o-ring, in order to guarantee the degree of protection required for outdoor lamps, in this application IP68. (International Protection class).

The groove is made directly on the mold, without any additional processing after polymerization; the structure of the external lamp has a diameter equal to the maximum diameter of the lens, so that the result is particularly “linear”.

IODA has studied and produced a new polyurethane material lens REVO-01; the light source consists of a C.O.B. Edison code LPHM30NW2F240, the external diameter is equal to 80 mm, while the convex radius (R = 86 mm) gives the projected light a distribution angle of +/- 40 °.
